Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 19 Pars reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Orders not passing our fraud avoidance measures will be rejected and refunded in full.
Order Shipping and Tracking
Orders are usually shipped on the next business day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. However in some instances your order will need to be shipped from multiple warehouses. You will be notified by email if your order is split shipped. You will also be notified if we are out of stock of a product and it needs to be ordered in.
Returns for Orders with Promotional Items:
Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order otherwise the promotional item’s value will be taken off your refund total.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as they become available. Usually, products ship the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. At our discretion, we may upgrade you to a replacement product of equal or higher value. You may cancel or amend your order at any time prior to shipping.
Restocking Fee
Should you return an item without its original tags or the packaging is defaced you may be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the item value.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 19 Pars shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. 19 Pars shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

RETURNS POLICY:
19 Pars accepts returns for refund, up to 30 days after the purchase date.

We are unable to do exchanges on products, so we suggest returning the items you no longer want and placing a new order.
WARRANTIES:
If you are having problems with a product purchased from 19 Pars that you believe is covered by warranty, contact sales@golfgenie.com.au detailing your item, the problems that you are having and your original purchase order number.
If sending back an item to be assessed for warranty, you are still required to pay for the item to be returned to us so it can be assessed. Please don’t post anything back prior to contacting us
